MtySoftware provides custom web development, design, optimization, maintenance, and related digital services. All services are delivered based on project-specific agreements, proposals, or contracts agreed upon by both parties prior to project initiation.

Payments for services may be made in full or through installment plans, as agreed in advance. Installment payment options require a minimum 12-month collaboration agreement. All payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services until outstanding balances are settled.

Due to the nature of custom digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of MtySoftware. Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the initial payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Users and clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, and timely feedback necessary for project completion. Delays caused by missing materials, approvals, or communication may impact delivery timelines, for which MtySoftware cannot be held responsible.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to source code, designs, layouts, graphics, and documentation created by MtySoftware, remains the property of MtySoftware until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

MtySoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

Either party may terminate the collaboration with written notice. In the event of termination, all completed work up to that point must be paid in full. MtySoftware reserves the right to withhold access to deliverables, services, or files until all outstanding payments are settled.

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

MtySoftware reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
